We got our rings at wedding expo where we met Simon. He is very professional and patient. I bet he must have met tons of couples during the very busy wedding expo but he was still very composed and calm. We have tried a lot of different styles until we found the ones. We loved that I PRIMO provides extensive after sale services.
We then have our rings picked up at CWB branch. The shop is a delight. Karen is very helpful and she is very caring. She reminded us to check the size 6 weeks before our wedding to allow ample time for resizing if required. With her help, we have also picked our gifts for our moms. Her recommendation is great and we hope our mothers would appreciate our little gift!!
