May: LILIUM ~ a luxurious lily, a symbol of the House of Bourbon ~
Flowers blossom in the warm summer time. Lily, with the flower language of luxury, pure and forever, also grows in its full bloom at this time of the year. The engagement ring “LILIUM” got her name after the constellation of Lilium. The slim v-shape ring band matches with big centre diamond embraced by side stones giving a classy and elegant style.
“LILIUM”
The prong of the diamond was designed as a lily shape giving a special side view to the ring.
A decorated symbol of the House of Bourbon
Lilium was one of the two constellations drawn by astronomer Parudisu for the French King, Louis XIV, in addition to the star map published by Augustin Royer in 1679. Lilium was located in the Triangulum located in the north of the constellation of Aries. It was used as a royal symbol of the House of Bourbon. The Lilium constellation is no longer in use. However, it still holds the historical meaning of the House of Bourbon.
